A Day of Rest and Renewal: Prioritising Employee Mental Wellness Day at BNKD

Our team at our Durban office experienced a truly rejuvenating Employee Mental Wellness Day this week. It was a heartfelt initiative aimed at providing BNKD employees with much-needed rest and equipping them with the tools to manage stress, embrace mental wellness, and prioritise self-care.

The day began with an enlightening workshop led by a dedicated counselor; Mrs. Dumane, focusing on raising awareness about mental wellbeing. Our team learned practical strategies to navigate challenges and cultivate a healthier work-life balance.

At the end of the day, the team was treated to massages – a gesture that truly demonstrated a genuine concern for employee wellbeing and appreciation of hard work.
