BNKD Durban Employee Recognition Awards 2023

The third installment of our 2023 Year End Functions and Employee Recognition Awards was hosted at our Head Office, Durban . It was a yet another successful event celebrating the hard work, dedication, loyalty, and team spirit of our exceptional BonaPeople.

Nandi Mtolo

Xolile Mkhize

This award recognises an employee for consistently living by the values of Bonakude and demonstrates the spirit of teamwork by offering support to fellow employees.

Nomalungelo Dlamini

Nomalungelo Dlamini received the Night Owl Award. In recognition for keeping the top 10 most late hours nationally.

Nokuphiwa Chili

Nokuphiwa Chili received the Night Owl Award. In recognition for keeping the top 10 most late hours nationally.

Prince Mbona 

Prince Mbona was awarded the Night-Owl Award [Runner-Up]. This office award recognizes an employee for keeping the second-most late hours.

Mfanafuthi Ncamphalala

Mfanafuthi Ncamphalala received the Night-Owl Award [Winner]. This award recognises an employee for keeping the most late hours at the Durban office.

Wendy Dlamuka

Wendy Dlamuka was one of the five recipients of the 5 year Long Service Award.

Prince Mbona

Prince Mbona was one of the five recipients of the 5 year Long Service Award. This National award is conferred to employees who have completed 5 years of continuous paid service at Bonakude.

Nombulelo Mkumla

Sphindile Mseleku

This is a national award that recognises an employee with of the most outstanding, responsible, and dependable employee who delivered quality performance throughout the year.

The Regional Team

The Regional Team of the Year, Eastern Region, was awarded to Internal Audit. The IA team, led by Keith, with members Nonhle and Zowethu, demonstrate a strong spirit of collaboration and efficiency.
